By logging into myICCC you agree to abide by the myICCC Acceptable Use Policy. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to your myICCC access being revoked and, in extreme breaches of the Policy, your ICCC member being cancelled.

myICCC Acceptable Use Policy


ICCC recognises that access to myICCC gives all members greater opportunities to engage, communicate and network with other members as well as participate in ICCC initiatives at the global, national, local and domain levels. We are committed to assisting members as they grow into their God-given calling spiritually, professionally and commercially. To that end, we provide access to myICCC for all members, spouses and conference delegates. This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and behaviours that myICCC users are expected to follow at all times. When you became a member of ICCC you agreed to the VISION & VALUES OF THE ICCC. Your use of myICCC must, at all times, conform to the principles contained in this vision and values statement as well as adhering to the following rules and guidelines.

ICCC’s Role


All activity within myICCC will be monitored and retained.


We may remove anything posted or stored in myICCC for any reason, including if we believe that it goes against any of these Acceptable Use guidelines. We may revoke the myICCC access or even the ICCC membership of users who breach these Acceptable Use guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

ICCC makes a reasonable effort to ensure users’ safety and security online, but ICCC and its affiliated National Chambers will not be held responsible for damage, harm or unauthorised transactions conducted over myICCC.

Your Role

As a user of myICCC you are expected to alert the administrator immediately of any concerns for your safety or security or if encounter any message, comment, image, or other content that causes concern for yours, or others, personal safety and wellbeing. You are not allowed to:
  • Use ICCC’s name, logo, trademark or branding without our written consent.
  • Share your password, let anyone access your account, or do anything that might put your account at risk.
  • Collect or store personally identifiable information from myICCC or its users without their permission.
  • Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Harass, denigrate, impersonate, prank or stalk other myICCC users.
  • Use any method to access, search, scrape, download or change myICCC or anything on it (other than with the tools provided in myICCC and popular browsers).
  • Try to interfere with any myICCC user, host or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, spamming or mail-bombing.
  • Access, tamper with or use non-public areas of myICCC, our systems or our technical providers' systems.
  • Break or circumvent myICCC security measures or otherwise test the vulnerability of myICCC.
  • Use myICCC user information to forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting, or in any way use myICCC to send altered source-identifying information.
  • Do anything that violates applicable law or regulations including credit card fraud and electronic forgery.
  • Encourage or help anyone do any of the things on this list.
You are not allowed to send, access, upload, download, post or distribute anything that:
  • Creates a genuine risk of physical injury or property damage, credibly threatens people or public safety, or organises, encourages or celebrates harm.
  • Promotes self-harm, eating disorders or hard drug abuse.
  • Attacks, bullies or harasses other people.
  • Infringes anyone's intellectual property.
  • Is fraudulent or deceptive.
  • Is sexually explicit or pornographic, exploits or presents minors in a sexual way, or promotes inappropriate services.
  • Is someone else's personal information.
  • Contains any information or content that is illegal.
  • Includes large amounts of unwanted or repetitive content.


All content (text, postings, documents, photos, audio, video, etc) within myICCC is should be treated as copyright content unless stated otherwise. It is not to be made available outside of myICCC in anyway except with the written permission of the author.
